Some might say I am being too critical. Does not every little bit of body-positive vision make a difference? Does it still gain individuals to see other people's bodies even if they're somewhat covered up? Arguably, yes.
In a pic of a woman in her bra and underwear, individuals still see her gut fat, stretch marks, wrinkles, cellulite, body contour, and so on. That said, covered up bodies are still sending the wrong message here - that the body is a thing that individuals should still be embarrassed of.
In this very day and age, I feel, we need increase the bar and not capitulate to mainstream media standards. We need to challenge the pity that is been forced upon us for god knows how long.
I just do not see any good reason to censor the human body and plenty of reasons why we should not.

Co Ed Nude Doctrine by Will Forest The journey happens in southern Georgia and begins with his first encounter on an unofficial bare beach, situated on U.S. Navy territory (which is suddenly ended by his and others' arrest for trespassing). From this stage on, Ross begins to question his preceding approaches towards nudity and the human form.
It directs him to re-imagine a world with no restrictions on dress and given his profession, he conjures up an imaginary "Palace of Fine Arts." This fictional palace is like a school with the perfect learning environment. Why nude? Because, as he states in the book:
Nudity is truthfulness. Paradoxically, nudity helps us see previous gender, of which, again, garments is always an index and even an exaggerator. And nudity encourages us not only to express ourselves unabashedly, but also to openly receive and comprehend the fair expressions of others."
Ross additionally describes it as an "environment where skin exposure aids exposure to new ideas." (Would it really accomplish that? Who knows, but it is a fascinating notion.) He does not share his thoughts when he determines to make this thought a reality on the first day of his new philosophy course. In a very gutsy move, he undresses in his office and proceeds down the hall completely unclothed. There is a comic moment as one teacher nearly finds him.
But he makes it into his classroom, shocking the students as he walks to his desk to face them. He welcomes everyone to the class and says, "this is what my body resembles. If you are feeling uneasy with my insufficient clothes, I have two recommended alternatives: undress, as much as you are willing, or leave." A few depart, and those that remain decide to totally or partially undress.
